After which, you take a notch down each time to thin it even more, making sure you pull the pasta carefully from the pasta machine so it will not roll back through the rollers.

Pasta machines come with assorted of attachments for different types of pasta noodles, such that there is an attachment for spaghetti and there is one for fettuccine, or for tagliarini or lasagna and many more. Once you have pulled out the last roll of pasta, set your machine to the desire pasta attachment you wish to use. And then, feed through it the just rolled out pasta. Your end result will be a delectable fresh pasta that takes only about a minute to cook. But of course, time of cooking will totally depend on how thick your prepared pasta is, as well as the other ingredients you blend in with it and the efficiency of your pans and cooker.

With your pasta machine, you can have your own choice of pasta. Or even more so, more healthy pastas for you and your family. You can have a whole meal pasta, or gluten free, or pasta with vegetables, millet, rice, corn or quinoa. Pasta machine is extremely convenient, isn't it? Do you know how much a single pasta machine would cost?

Making pasta reminds of someone who is very 'amazing' in making a pasta using only his both hands. I've just forgotten his name but pretty sure he is Asian he looks like Chinese.

Do you have any idea?

It would be very nice to have one but it may be costly.
I've been wondering if its easy or possible to make pasta noodles by hand. How does one know if the mixture is just right ?
