Well the difference between eating regular food and going on a diet?
Today everyone are going on diets and not even knowing the half of what it is all about. Well Dieting is good, but one thing you cannot do is say your dieting and eating everything under the sun. Dietin to some mean just eating lowfat or fat free things. I think that exercising is involved too. I don't understand why people sit up and eat what they want then say that they are not losing weight. Basically being on a diet does not just mean eating healthy it means working out too. You have to work out at least a few times a week if that. So there is more to dieting then just eating alot of healthy foods a day. Don't get me wrong eating healthy is great for your heart and everything, but seiously you have to give a little
to get alitte.
Regular eating is basically eating what ever you want. I mean some people do not care about what their bodies go though. I am not gonna say that though, becasue you can not be on a diet an still lose weight. I mean really what is going on a diet have to do with you losing weight. Regular eating is basically not going t the store buying low fat or fat free items. This is eaing alot of foods that have high calories and everything. I think that everyone should care about their body and heart. Most people just eat this stuff and then exercise daily to burn alot of caleries. I don't think eating regular food is bad or anything it's just you might not want to eat alot of grease, because it takes a big toll on your heart.
I believe that you can eat any type of food and it won't really have a toll on your weight, but heart.
