Open a Can of Carnation Evaporated Milk. Make sure to shake the Can thoroughly before opening. You can open it with a regular manual Can Opener or an Electric one.
In a tall Plastic Container, pour the entire Can of Milk into the Container then, add an equal amount and a quarter can of Diluted, Spring or Fresh Tap water that is Cold. Add the water to the same container as the milk.
Add 1 Tablespoon of Vanilla Powder or liquid extract into the mixture. Add a 1/2 cup of light Brown or Raw Sugar

to the mixture. Close the Container by placing the lid on the Container. Shake the mixture well in the Container with the lid on tight so that the mixture
does not spill out while shaking.
After the mixture has been shaken, open the mixture to taste test. If you want more sugar add accordingly, if you feel safer with a more slightly watered down milk,for every amount of the mixture that you remove, replace with 1/2 the amount of water. If you water it down too much, you will have more milk than water if that is what you desire. Either way, once you have shaken and adjusted for consistency and taste,refrigerate the milk mixture until chilled to your liking. You can also heat it up as well but, either which way, you are dealing with pure fresh milk so, use it very quickly within days (2 to 3)to ensure freshness.

If for some reason this milk formula is not stomach friendly, discontinue use immediately. You can also water it down enough so that it will still taste like milk but still safer to Drink. Evaporated Milk may be a good substitute for homogenized milk but, you be the Judge and Jury.
