Wine

In cooking, the flavor of the wine is meant to be subtle and to enhance the natural flavor of the food.

I wanted to like wine, but was intimidated by all the variety. For those of you who feel the same, I share my journey to loving wine.

There are hundreds of wineries in the regions of Valencia and Murcia. Most are open to the public for tours and tastings of their fantastic, largely undiscoverd wines.
